First, let me say that this is the most popular thing I have ever made. I don’t cook. {Sorry, working at a restaurant cramps my cooking style.} But anytime I entertain or need to bring something to a get together I bring this Buffalo Chicken Dip. We first had this dip three years ago when we were visiting the Hubs’ best friend and his wife in Atlanta. She made this for a football Sunday and we fell in love. Whenever I make it and someone comments on it, the Hubs tells them it’s a Southern Recipe. Makes it legit, right?
It’s so easy to make. Be prepared to double, triple and even quadruple it.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 tablespoons Water
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
1 cup Colby/Monterey Jack/Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 350
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in dressing, wing sauce and water until blended.
Stir in chicken and cheese.
Spread in 1 quart ungreased baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 30-35 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.

I made buffalo chicken meatballs for Super Bowl because this dip grosses me out…much better! I’ll give you the recipe if you want it!
Would love it, thanks!
